Invited into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in Macon, Georgia.
Personal memorabilia is on display in r&b section of the museum.

Grammy award winning Blues legend Koko Taylor recorded 'Fuel To Burn' for her
Royal Blue CD, a song co-written by EG Kight. This CD garnered Koko a Grammy nomination.

Koko Taylor and EG Kight perform a duet on A Woman Can Tell for EG’s Trouble release.

EG performed at the prestigious Monterey Blues Festival in Monterey Bay, California.

She has shared the stage with Luther Allison, Susan Tedeschi, Bernard Allison,
Bob Margolin, Kenny Neal, Saffire, The Uppity Blues Women, Tinsley Ellis and Taj Mahal.

EG was invited to perform at an invitation only party
in Chicago celebrating Koko Taylor’s 40 years in show business.

She performed 12 shows at Epcot Center in Disney World,
and hers was the first band to represent America at the Millennium Celebration.

EG Kight performed several times on national television (TNN’s Nashville Now).

EG appeared in a television movie with Burgess Meredith,
Mr. Griffith and Me, and was Mr. Meredith’s vocal coach.

She was the only independent artist to be selected for the
NARM/BMA blues sampler, Get The Blues. The sampler had national
distribution and stayed #1 on the Billboard Blues Chart for 8 consecutive weeks.

Saffire, The Uppity Blues Women recorded three
songs cowritten by EG for their Ain’t Gonna Hush CD.

EG has three cuts on the Biltmore Estates Winery compilation CD.

Trouble made the Living Blues Music Charts November through January, 2002.
